SoulFULLY Yours Yoga is BACK!

SoulFULLY Yours Yoga was created for YOU and we are so excited to host you on Sunday's at Hartwell Raleigh.

Our mission is to bring the community together for an inclusive, diverse, safe, and fun space where we can explore different wellness modalities in a way that promotes healing and growth for indiviuals and the surrounding community.

This class is for ALL levels of yoga/meditation. No matter your level of experience with yoga, flexibilty, meditation, etc. None of that matters, when you join SoulFULLY Yours, you are apart of our family!

Schedule of the day:

10:45am - Doors open

11:00am - Yoga

11:55am - Sound Bath

12:10pm - Closing / Community
