We conclude by gathering to share reflections, insights, or simply hold space for one another in community. This optional sharing time creates meaningful connection and allows time for the healing to integrate.
All levels welcome! Please bring a mat or towel and any props including pillows and blankets that may support your body and mind. Some props will be available. This class offers a sanctuary - honoring the call to slow down, rest and reset, and create soulful connection.
