Soulful Sweat is new movement modality passionately created by founder Anastasia Kelly, CYT-200, NASM CPT, CMCC. Come join us on Wednesdays @ 7 am at Empire Grange in Fort Collins through September 2024.Classes are $15/person or $125/season ($100 savings). This unique modality combines elements of strength training, dance, stretching, and intuitive movement. It is designed to help strengthen your body and mind, connect with your spirit, and release deep-rooted tension in the body.
