This event combines (3) healing practices for a truly unique experience that will help restore balance, peace, and calm to the mind, body, and spirit. While you are in each restorative pose during yoga, our Reiki Master will lay hands on specific parts of the body to deliver the tranquil healing Reiki energy to you. Class is finished in Savasana with 20 minutes of Sound Healing.No yoga experience is necessary. Suitable for all ages and all bodies
