Soulful Sundays is your cosy afternoon reset, a gentle blend of movement, stillness, and deep rest designed to leave you feeling calm, restored, and nurtured.
We'll begin with grounding Hatha Yoga to awaken the body, flow into soothing Yin Yoga to release tension, then surrender to the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath with Reiki healing woven throughout.
We'll close together the soulful way, with warm tea and delicious cake.
No experience needed. Just come as you are, bring a blanket, and let us take care of the rest.
Mats are limited to keep this gathering intimate, so early booking is recommended.
