Another Soulful Sunday is on the way! This mindful self-guided dance/movement session is part Krista Pasini’s offerings as artist in residence at the Yellowstone Art Museum.
Movement, music, and mindfulness can stir restorative, healing, qualities for our bodyminds. Each session offers some space to welcome mindful, intentional movement, opportunities to listen and respond, as well as some time to settle at the end - to breathe, rest, and renew.
Whether you’ve got a stellar 80s running man vibe, a modern dance triplet background, a tai chi practice, or a woodland fairy float - we all are dancers. Our breath dances us in and through each and every moment. We’d love to share the morning with you. Movement & dance are increasingly becoming known resources for brain health and neuroplasticity (ability to change and adapt neural patterning + improve attention, memory, mood). It also improves cardiovascular health, muscle engagement, posture, and overall mobility.
