🎶This is a mixed group session.
🎶You will be guided into meditation to get you relaxed & comfortable
🎶I will then play Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls & Koshi chimes for you to continue your relaxation & meditation, before calling you back to the present moment.
🎶 This session is about taking some time for stillness in this busy world to relax & unwind. Reconnect to your Soul self, Inner wisdom & resonance. Returning to inner balance & harmony.
🎶Sound Healing is known to have a positive impact on lowering stress & cortisol levels within the body. It's also known to support depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, cholesterol & blood pressure levels, as well as relief from physical pain, to name but a few ailments.
🎶There will be group sharing & Oracle cards at the end , I am also available for questions / discussion 121 at the end before you depart.
🎶No experience required.
🎶Please note this session is not suitable for anyone:
•In first trimester of pregnancy,
•Who has a pacemaker,
•Has Audible Epilepsy,
•Anyone diagnosed with cancer must check with Dr before session.
🎶The energy exchange is £15.00

🎶It is recommended to bring water, a yoga mat, pillow , blanket or sleeping bag to ensure you are comfortable & warm during the meditation, as the vibrations and frequencies of the bowls can cause the body temp to drop, a journal/ note book & pen to note anything that comes up for you during session.
