Brunch Menu: Freshly baked cornbread, honey butter and jam (for the table); Choice of:
- Smoked Salmon Waffle (whipped cream cheese, dill, capers & arugula)
- Dirty Rice Cajan Quiche (andouille, peppers, onions, cheddar cheese)
- Avocado Toast (hardboiled egg, harissa, tomato, everything spice, multigrain) - GF, V (upon request)
- Pear Cobbler Parfait (yogurt, cinnamon, granola, pecans) - GF, Veg

About Chef Erica: Erica Lent is a classically trained chef with over 12 years of experience in the fine dining industry. A graduate of culinary school from Johnson & Wales University, she gained national recognition as the first runner-up on Season 41 of Food Network’s Chopped. She is now the Chef/Owner of Boards by Erica, a women-led charcuterie company serving the Seattle area and beyond.
About James Lee Murray: James Lee Murray is a soul singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist from Watsonville, Ca. Drawing from blues, gospel, and jazz, Murray is exploring a new direction of soul music. His openness as a songwriter has a unique way of pairing with the deep grooves and convictions of the genre.
