Prana is the Sanskrit word for “life force”. The main source of prana is through breathing. Breathing is a necessity to exist in this world. It’s the first thing we do when we arrive and the last thing we do before we depart. It is our life source!
There is no accident that my favorite Juice Bar’s name is Prana Rx! This place IS life force! Their food is made with pure, raw, organic ingredients and created by loving, knowledgeable and authentic beings.
Movement is essential for energy, optimism and health. Intentional movement surrounded by trees and open space is a sacred way to care for ourselves.
When we combine Prana Rx’s divine goodness, breath and intentional movement, we become the creators of a higher vibrational life.
Join me Saturday, June 5th from 10am to 1:30pm for raw cacao, walking meditation, pranayama, yoga practice & raw juice!
☕️ We will meet at Prana Rx in Ocala where Alexis and Gerald will greet us with their enchanted raw cacao elixir to help us open our heart and lungs
? We will drive to a nearby park where we can practice a walking meditation surrounded by magnificent trees
?♀️ Experience pranayama (breathwork) and a soulful yoga practice in the company of beautiful yogis
? After opening the lungs and finding intentional movement, we will head back to Prana Rx for a clean & delicious raw juice of your choice!
