Join us for a gentle and nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and express yourself through creativity and meditation.This soulful experience begins with a guided meditation led by Christine Power, gently calming the mind, relaxing the body, and connecting you back to your inner self, guides, intuition, and guidance.
From this grounded space, you’ll be guided into a creative process with Karina, a qualified Art Psychotherapist, who will support you through intuitive creative expression. This is a space to explore your inner world through colour, movement, and feeling—allowing what’s within to be expressed freely onto the canvas.
No experience is needed. This is not about creating a “perfect” painting—it’s about being present, letting go, and trusting your own expression.
