Guided by Stephanie, you'll move through landscapes and ceremonies not available to the independent traveller. Her Soulful Embodiment practice draws it all inward — through dreamtending, breathwork, and the quiet work of turning what you encounter in the world into something that shifts inside you. What awaits is not a holiday — it's an encounter with a place, its people, and the deeper parts of yourself that have been waiting to be found.

Over five days you'll experience the quiet rolling hinterland at Beechmont Estate, join Indigenous storytellers on Minjerribah Island, and take in the foodie heart of Brisbane.
