Retreat facilitator and song leader Elisa Keeler and Holistic movement coach and dance artist Kathy Lucas will guide you through a full day retreat including:

Facilitators:
Elisa Keeler has an M.A in Transpersonal Psychology and has been a facilitator of the Hidden Treasure program at Light on the Hill retreat center since 2011. Elisa leads transformational workshops, retreats, song circles, and sacred ceremonies. She emphasizes the importance of connecting with inner guidance, purpose, passion, creativity, joy, spirituality, and community.
Kathy Lucas is a Holistic movement coach and dance artist who guides clients and groups to discover the pillars of connection to self through creative explorations, meditation, mindful movement, and storytelling. Her passion lies in fostering unity through community, blending spiritual practices and creative movement to inspire meaningful collaboration.
