Soulful Circle

Calling all Black folk seeking healing, connection, and self-care! Step into a sanctuary created just for us—a space where your body, mind, and spirit can rest, release, and reconnect.

What's going to happen at this event?

Starting with Intuitive Movement, you will move at your own pace, exploring the ways your body is communicating to you. Together, we will gently release tension, creating space for ease and joy.

Then we flow into a soothing Sound Bowl Meditation, where you can dissolve stress and restore your inner balance.

To close, we’ll hold a Communal Sharing circle—a safe space for us to uplift and support one another, share our stories, and deepen our bonds.
