Wind down the day and start the week with a fresh perspetive. We start in a circle with 15 minutes of standing yoga - NO mat needed or dirty hands! Next it's a lesiure 45-minute walk through the park. Connect with nature, recharge your soul, and energize your heart. Welcome to all! Bring your familes, pets and an open mind.

What to bring: It's Texas in the SUMMER! I do not go outside without sunscreen, bug spray, a hat/visor, sunglasses, and an back up antihistamine. Especially for those who like outside but their bodies do not like outside. Bring a long-sleeve. Water. Towel if you are team sweat.
