SoulFlow Stretching & Relaxation for the Heart & Spirit

Join us for a fun and empowering 45- minute Stretch & Recovery class designed to help you unwind, release tension, and connect with a supportive faith based community in Fishtown's newest Wellness Studio 'Flourish'.

This class will guide you through foam rolling, deep stretching, and mindful movment to loosen tight muscles and feel light. (This is not a yoga class)

Their will be space for open conversation, connection, and encouragement. If you need prayer, this is a time to recieve words of affirmation, strength and peace.

All proceeds from this class will be donated to a local charity to continue to positiviely impact our communities. Join us in giving back while taking care of your body and soul!
