Soul’d Out Productions presents GROUNDATION with special guests The Quasi Kings at Star Theater on September 25.
For more than two decades, GROUNDATION has stood at the forefront of roots reggae, blending deep Jamaican traditions with jazz fusion, progressive arrangements, and conscious songwriting. Founded by Harrison Stafford in California in 1998, the band has built a devoted international following through a sound that seamlessly merges roots reggae, dub, jazz improvisation, spiritual themes, and world-class musicianship.
With performances in more than 35 countries across five continents and a catalog spanning 10 acclaimed studio albums, GROUNDATION has become one of the most respected and influential acts in modern reggae. Their landmark album 'Hebron Gate' is widely regarded as a roots reggae classic, while albums like 'One Rock' continue to push the genre forward through intricate compositions, powerful messages, and collaborations with reggae legends including Israel Vibration, The Abyssinians, and The Congos.
