SoulCollage® process is a flexible, creative & inclusive tool that builds community and self-knowledge. It was created by Seena B. Frost.

You will start by selecting an image- one that draws you in, makes you wince or causes you to pause. Pay attention to strong responses. There’s something trying to get your attention. These are the beginnings for your first SoulCollage® card. Gather as many images as you like, bring them back to your workspace and begin your conversation with them. In your mind, ask them to arrange themselves and how they would like to be placed on the 5″X8″ card.
