Developed by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® is a relaxing, playful way to learn more about your deep self and let others know you through the making and sharing of a collaged deck of cards that represent different aspects of you and your soul. Because SoulCollage® works with the language of symbols and images, the cards also act as your own personal guidance system by helping you answer your questions using Carl Jung’s method of active imagination to access your own inner wisdom and intuitive knowing. This process can lead you to insights that are sometimes surprising and full of depth and meaning.You do not have to be an artist to create SoulCollage® cards. All you need is images, scissors, glue, cards, and a desire to explore your inner being in community with others.
