It’s not just an event, it’s not just relaxation.
You are quite literally putting in the time and work to support your nervous system, heal your mind, body and soul on a cellular level.
Some might say it’s not that deep…but it is!
All you need to do is join us…and receive.
A run through of what you’ll be doing;
- arrive and pick a mat, get snuggled up in your blanket, pop on your eye mask, allow the Reiki energy and Sound Therapy to wash over you and melt away
- you’ll come around in your own time, if you’d like to journal your thoughts, insights or just be still, pick and oracle card, sip a hot tea and chat to your neighbour
- we’ll then head through to meet our Equilibrium guide who will share all things hot + cold. We usually do traditional sauna with breathwork / meditation and then a round of cold dips, back in the sauna, another cold dip and finish with chats in the sauna
This is your evening so you can do as long or as short as you wish (there’s no pressure or ego in the cold water).
You can join for Reiki and Sound only, or for the full experience.
