About this Event
SOUL YOGA - FALL SESSION!!!
WHAT: Our much loved gentle and therapeutic Yoga class set to a mix of Soul Classics curated to uplift our Spirits & soothe our Souls.
WHEN: Saturdays at 10:00am-11:30am from October 5th to December 14th (No class on Nov. 9th or Nov. 30th)
WHERE: 349 Eudowood Lane, Towson, MD 21286 (on the second floor of the Family Life Center)
WHO: Beginners/All Levels (typical practice involves standing and sitting on the floor)
COST: Free! Pre-registration is required via Eventbrite or at www.thedivinesense.com/soul-yoga.
MAX STUDENTS: 10 students max so register soon!
WEAR: Comfortable loose fitting clothing
BRING: Water + Yoga Mat
PHYSICIAN: It is recommended that all participants consult with their physicans about any restrictions or limitations before starting yoga.
OTHER: Participants must provide an emergency contact and sign a waiver & releases to participate.
