This class has been created by the Divine, Whitney Combs to help heal our wombs, Root & Sacral Chakras, using sacred hip movements, known to most as twerking. We will learn the sacred twerk history, have some time to warm up our muscles with stretching and breath.
We will also be tasting specially curated tea blends and some cold pressed juices.
