The event will be held in a converted airplane hangar, so it will go on rain or shine.

Bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and any items that will make you comfortable for the sound bath.

YOGA TEACHER:

With 16 years of dedicated yoga practice and 8 years of teaching experience, I specialize in vinyasa flow, deep stretch, pre and postnatal, and kids yoga. My journey within has been a profound exploration of connecting to the source and self while healing huge trauma.

Through my classes, I aim to guide students on their own paths of inner discovery, fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Join me in creating a harmonious space where transformation and self-healing thrive.

SOUND HEALER:

Sherry has been sharing sound healing for over two years, aiming to bring harmony to the physical, mental, and emotional body. The power and majesty of sacred sound will guide you towards balance within your body and breath, using the soothing 432 hertz high-frequency vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls.

The gentle sound waves will help calm the chatter of your mind, leading you into a state of deep relaxation and igniting a remembrance of self-healing. Sherry will immerse you in soundscapes created with ancestral instruments such as crystal bowls, alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes.

Through breathwork, guided meditation, and soothing soundscapes, you will leave feeling restored and with a deeper connection to your mind, body, and spirit.
