Our October Class takes you on a journey of UNFOLDING:
We explore, through dance, the movements that give us permission to expand into our Authenticity: Feeling both infinitely worthy, yet infinitely unique.
It's a dance to re-affirm our right to take up space, and to re-connect the 'u' in Us.

Soul Sundays is a Conscious Dance Class facilitated with authenticity, humility and creativity.
Each class explores a theme through embodied movement. It is rooted in the practice of Soul Motion (https://soulmotioninternational.com/), and draws inspiration from a love of music, a desire for growth and a reverence for life
Through collective and intentional movement we aim to shift energy, explore new expressions of the body, connect with our tribe and above all, connect with our spirit.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover and sound healer. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.
Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 7 years, has sparked the birth of these classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
CLASS DETAILS:
Venue: North Fremantle Community Hall 2 Thompson Road North Fremantle.
Cost: $25 waged, $20 Concession: book online through Eventbrite
