We feel, flow, transmute and heal together
With gentle enquiry, journalling & visualisation to explore, honour, heal, transmute & alchemise the full spectrum (good, bad, joy pain) of emotions & experience in your history into creative expression.
Art is therapy
Using kundalini meditation, somatic movement and healing to clear and transmute any trauma to alchemise this into creative gold.
Helping you develop a writing practice for self care and giving you an opportunity to share.

For all the writers, poets, artists & creatively curious. Also for the encouragers, the supporters & listeners, the ones who are maybe scared to share & especially the ones who think they’re not creative.
