Mountain Flower is a master of creating safe, sacred spaces. This event on the shoreline is for you to regain wholeness by reclaiming a part of your soul that fled during a stressful or traumatic time in life. You’ve evolved since then, but unless you deliberately call back this part that left, it won’t return. The missing part of you will feel your unconditional love and support, sensing it’s safe to return.

The vast majority (95%) of Mountain Flower's ceremonial offerings are downloaded from Spirit rather than self-created, with over a dozen to date, she provides many approaches for feeling deeply connective experiences. Her mission is to help people heal all sense of disconnection so you can live in alignment with your body, spirit, Earth Mother, and the Divine. Mountain Flower is also a Karuna Reiki Master, 5x author, and 200-hour RYT in Forrest Yoga. She has served the spiritual community since 1999.

The crystal bowls and other sacred instruments played by Tina, the Graceful Warrior, will compliment the sound of the waves rolling onto the shore as she soothes your nervous system, aligns your energy centers, and supports your soul retrieval. A multifaceted healer, She is a certified Reiki Master, sound healer, meditation and mindfulness specialist, and somatic practitioner. Tina weaves sound therapy, intuitive wisdom, and other healing modalities into each magical session to help her clients achieve their healing goals.

***Please arrive 15 minutes EARLY! Mountain Flower goes to great lengths to create and hold a sacred space for you to have the highest vibrational experience possible. Each venue is smudged before setting up, all our equipment is smudged before each use, and everyone is smudged before entering our ceremonial space. Please be respectful of the process and arrive early.***

Wear comfortable clothing; you will be sitting up and lying down. Bring a yoga mat, bolsters, or blanket: whatever you want to be comfortable, and a bottle of water.
