Grab your yomie (yoga bff) or partner, a mat, and get ready to fly!
Begin with a warmup.
Clinic through poses while focusing on the month's theme (Partner Yoga).
Hands on or side by side and Q&A throughout.
There will also be plenty of time for you to practice what you've learned, or work on your favorite asana solo or one on one with the instructor towards the end.
