After our summer pause, Soul Sister Circle is back! This gathering is a sacred space for women to come together, share their stories, and speak from the heart. You’ll find connection, support, and a community of like-minded sisters who understand and uplift one another.
September Focus: Shadow Work & Self-Compassion — Embracing All Parts of You
This month, we’ll gently explore the hidden parts of ourselves with compassion and courage. Together, we’ll:
- Journal & reflect on shadow traits and triggers with compassionate inquiry
- Release limiting beliefs through a powerful fire ritual
- Meditate, move, set intentions, share, and receive sound healing
- Expect prompts that invite you to reflect on:
- Parts of yourself that feel harder to embrace
- Lessons past challenges have taught you
- The ways you meet yourself when emotions are stirred
No experience needed. Come exactly as you are.
