Soul Shake: A nude dance experience

Soul Shakedown is a naked dance party that incorporates elements of yoga, meditation, embodied movement and other healing modalities to connect us to our most authentic form of self-expression.

Class begins with a yoga flow to get the body warmed up, followed by a blindfolded, embodied movement meditation that will help us release any stress from the week and feel more present in our bodies.

Once we've set our intention, blindfolds come off, and we jump into an ecstatic dance experience... no steps to follow, no dance experience required, and no musical genre is off limits. From Britney Spears to ambient flows, all that is required is a curiosity to connect with the rhythm, your body, and those around you. You'll leave feeling more alive, confident, and excited to move throughout the rest of your week.
