Moses West is a performance based artist who has also made a name for himself \ as a battle rapper. Hip hop’s influence is never far as West is renowned for performing his prose and poems on stages near and far. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL , West boasts a long career in the performing as a 16 year veteran. He has made his influence in poetry known nationally as the headliner for poetry venues, creating his own poetry/comedy event “Cometry,” and as a participant in multiple competitions, including the Southern Fried Poetry Slam Champion.
