What are Soul Sessions, you ask?

Soul Sessions are an ongoing event series combining music, poetry, philosophy, and art to create restorative and transformative experiences for attendees. Akin to events like guided meditations and sound baths, Soul Sessions offer live improvised music and are run with an open-invitation for you to take a mat and meditate, move with the music to stretch out and relax, use art materials to draw what arises while listening, or simply to lie on the floor and immerse yourself in the contemplative and perhaps provocative music. The end result? An hour of your life spent going within, restoring your soul, and allowing yourself to be creative and free-flowing.
