You will arrive and melt into a beautiful, calm, candlelit space.

I’ll share cacao, a heart opening medicine that helps you to relax, soften, and drop into your heart (more info below).

We will then do a breathing practice that will leave you feeling alive and revitalised and a special guided meditation to bring you deeper into peace and love within.

And then while you rest in stillness, I’ll come around and offer hands on Reiki Energy Healing to each person, so you can receive exactly the energy your system needs 🫶🏻

These sessions are perfect for anyone curious about Reiki or new to Breathwork, and would like a class to explore these practices. You will float home after feeling lighter, calmer and restored 🕊️
