Unplug and recharge your body and spirit in this healing space. Sound baths offer your mind and body an opportunity to enter deep relaxation state that promotes healing and feelings of well-being. This experience is all about comfort, so please bring whatever items that will allow you to get fully comfortable. A yoga mat to lie on, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and water. Option to bring any crystals you would like charged.
Doors will open 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Please check in with your name upon arrival. All ticket sales are final. Doors will close and not reopen after 5 minutes in to protect the sound bath from interruption.
