Soul Retrieval & Re-Mapping with Erica Ward

Join us for a Reiki-infused, guided meditation where we will journey deep within and reconnect with pieces of your authentic self that may have been lost, forgotten or left behind along the way. We will reintegrate these aspects of yourself, and embody the wisdom and insights that are brought back with them - often creative inspiration, healing, purpose, freedom and loving forgiveness. 

After the meditation we will do a simple writing exercise (sharing optional) to recalibrate your soul map with your new, more whole & original self at the center and identify next steps. 

Bring: yoga mat or meditation cushion, blanket, pillow, journal, any other items to help get comfortable (eye mask, crystals, etc)
