SOUL RESTORE X SOUND HEALING AT THE MANDRAKE

Join The Mandrake Sound Healing Practitioners on Sunday afternoon or Monday evening in a deeply invigorating and soothing orchestration. Sounds experienced on a physical and emotional level are nourishing and restorative, both physically and mentally. This soothing practice is calming, and alleviates you of any negative energy, induces your meditative state and realigns your internal frequency.

The Mandrake sound healers will guide you through this gentle but powerful sound meditation, working with instruments such as the gongs, alchemy crystal singing bowls and a plethora of other percussion instruments (each practitioner has a different set of instruments), as each guide brings their own unique style and healing abilities to the session.

Benefits of sound meditation include deep relaxation, better sleep, mood improvements, increase of creativity and concentration levels as well as stress reduction.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but we recommend you bring some extra layers/warm socks as body temperatures are known to drop in the deep meditative states reached in sound meditation. Most importantly, be sure to bring your energy, your open mind, your smile & your compassion!

Please avoid caffeine and alcohol prior to the session.

A sound journey to ease you into a tranquil meditative state by using both frequencies and the voice. Lilita uses her crystal quartz bowls accompanied by her ancestral voice to transport you into a state of bliss and relaxation helping release built up stress and tension.

Victoria Amore is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Gong Sound Healing Practitioner based in London, UK who combines beautiful breath work with Gong and sound. Her sessions will be awakening and activating using her gifts and passions to create a truly magical soundscape.

Maria from Mystic Sisters is multi-dimensional star-seed and healer. Her soundscapes guide you on a journey into the galactic realms, reconnecting you to the vibrations on the galaxies and your true self. Maria work with shamanic instruments, gong and frosted quartz signing bowls. Her sessions are created by a combination of instruments with the aim to release all that no longer serve you.
