This group session blends the potent benefits of self-guided massage, epic breathwork, and a soothing sound bath for an experience like no other.

✨️Laura will lead you through self-massage techniques to relieve tension, enhance relaxation, and reconnect to your body.
<h4>Transformative Breathwork</h4>✨️Jacqui will guie you through a journey of deep somatic breathwork to release stuck energies and old emotions.
<h4>Healing Sound Bath</h4>✨️Receive a healing sound bath to soothe your nervous system by shamanic sound magicians Mel and Alecia.
This is a sacred container of non-judgement and inclusion for healing and expansion.
We welcome you! No previous experience is required to participate in this transformative practice.

What to bring:
- Let's get cozy!! Please bring a yoga mat and any other props that you need to feel comfortable. (Pillows, blankets, bolster etc.) As you will be lying down for the entire Breathwork practice and Sound Journey.
- Bring an eye mask or scarf to keep your focus inward.
- Filled water bottle.
