In this live workshop, we’ll explore the body’s energy centers as creative portals, listening for the images, colors, and forms that want to emerge. This is not about striving or making something impressive. It’s about devotional embodiment — allowing your creative process to arise from presence.
Working with acrylic paint, collage, and mixed media techniques, you won’t just explore the idea of soul — you will create tangible, layered artwork that expresses your deeper longings as an artist.
Lauren Mantecon brings 30 years of experience as a professional painter and over 20 years as a professor of art and mentor. My approach bridges intuitive, metaphysical exploration with strong compositional awareness, material knowledge, and studio practice. You will be guided — not just spiritually — but artistically.
