These platforms provide infinite exploration for our dance practice and help us expand our capacity for presence, connection and wonderment.

Through continued exploration of the body as a resource, Soul Motion brings forth insights into how we can live an embodied and inspired life in our everyday worlds... one dance after another... after another

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover, sound healer, loving partner and father, novice cook, and all-round imperfect human. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.

Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 7 years, has sparked the birth of these classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
