Fresh off the heels of the 2nd annual Epic Fit Fest, Black Girl Fit is keeping the energy alive with our first-ever Soul II Soul-a Neo Soul Yoga Experience. This brand new experience brings together movement, music, and mindfulness in a way only we can.

Led by Vanna from Elemental Yoga, flow through a soulful yoga session set to the smooth sounds of a live DJ spinning neo soul vibes. Come stretch, breathe, and connect with community while soaking in the rhythm, energy, and soul.
