An afternoon of bold Caribbean flavours - choose your feast, settle in and enjoy! Homemade dessert included with every ticket. The Pub opens at 12pm and dinner will be served at 2pm, so feel free to come down early and enjoy a drink before food is served.

Jamaican Curry Goat – Tender, slow-braised goat infused with authentic Caribbean curry spices. Served alongside Jamaican Rice and Peas, Plantain, Dumplings and homemade Coleslaw.

Caribbean Vegetable Curry – Tender pumpkin, sweet potato, butter beans, and cho cho slow-cooked in a coconut curry infused with sweet peppers and Caribbean seasonings. Served alongside Jamaican Rice and Peas, Plantain, Dumplings and homemade Coleslaw.

Brown Stew Chicken – Succulent chicken marinated in authentic Caribbean herbs and spices, then slowly simmered in a rich, savoury brown sauce with onions, peppers, tomatoes, and fresh thyme. Served alongside Jamaican Rice and Peas, Plantain, Dumplings and homemade Coleslaw.

Brown Stew Chicken & Curry Goat Combination – The best of both worlds! Served alongside Plantain, Dumplings, homemade Coleslaw and a choice between White Rice or Jamaican Rice and Peas.

Caribbean Sea Bass – Fresh sea bass infused with aromatic island seasonings, fresh thyme, sweet peppers, and a hint of citrus. Served alongside Jamaican Rice and Peas, Plantain, Dumplings and homemade Coleslaw.

Sweet Potato Pudding with Crème Fraîche* – A traditional Caribbean favourite made with sweet potato, warming spices, coconut, and dried fruits, baked to a rich, moist texture and served with a dollop of smooth crème fraîche.

Caribbean Rum Punch** – Brian’s own Jamaican Rum Punch recipe. Lots of tropical fruit juices mask the dark rum creating a sweet, fruity and refreshing cocktail.

Dragon Stout Original – Jamaica’s best kept secret. This 7.5% full bodied stout features a deep, malty, and sweet notes.
