? In community you'll hear a ~44 minute playlist of jams, jingles, and heart-opening tunes to invite your body into movement, play, maintenance, and care.
? And together we'll close out our time by thanking our bodies for their contributions + efforts, and you'll be invited to share any shifts or transformations you've experienced as you've embodied your mind + soul's desires, emotions, and magic!

And the intended audience for the recording is for folks who wished they could’ve attended in person!)
