Join us for Soul Dance, a dance experience that will inspire you to shed your inhibitions, express your true essence, and connect with your soul. 🌟Soul Dance is an invitation to let go, dance like no one's watching, and feel the freedom of the dance floor. You'll explore new movements, connect deeply with your body, and uncover hidden layers of yourself. By the end, you’ll feel connected, uplifted, and transformed.
Guided by Taline, a seasoned DJ, musician, and therapeutic facilitator, Soul Dance uniquely blends conscious embodied dance with Somatic and Dance Movement Therapy practices. Set to a captivating soundtrack tuned to release blockages in your chakras, Taline creates a nurturing space for creativity and self-connection. You'll journey through a rich soundscape of global music, spanning electronic, acoustic, world, cinematic, and meditative genres, with delightful well-known surprises along the way.
Soul Dance is a transformative journey where dance becomes a path to freedom, joy, and healing. Whether you're looking to unwind, ignite your creativity, have an epic dance, or deepen your self-awareness, Soul Dance offers a fun and safe environment for all.
All bodies, ages and abilities are welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. To enhance the immersive experience, we maintain silence on the dance floor. Dress comfortably, and for the best experience, dance barefoot.
Our dance space is held at two incredible venues, both close to public transport and wheelchair accessible, featuring Tarkett floors, perfect for dancing:
