Join us for Soul Dance, a dance experience that will inspire you to shed your inhibitions, unleash your true essence, and express your SOUL!Feel the freedom of letting go on the dance floor. Explore new shapes and moves as you connect with your body, and uncover deeper layers of yourself. Leave feeling connected, inspired, uplifted, and transformed.
As a DJ and musician, I bring years of music sharing across various stages, platforms, and therapeutic settings. Drawing on my passion for conscious embodied dance and Somatics and Dance Movement Therapy, I will craft a unique experience that is centred on awakening your creativity and connecting with your body.
Along with curating a captivating, multi-genre soundtrack that will guide you on a journey through the energy centres of your body, your chakras, I'll offer guidance and hold space, so you can fully engage in the experience. Prepare to journey through a rich tapestry of global music, spanning electronic, acoustic, world, cinematic, and meditative genres, interwoven with sprinkle of well-known surprises.
All bodies, ages, and abilities are welcome, and children under 12 must be accompanied by adults. Please note, there is a commitment to silence on the dance floor to enhance the immersive experience. Dress comfortably, and for the best experience, dance barefoot.
Our dance space is held in 2 amazing venues, located close to public transport and wheelchair accessible. Both studios have Tarkett floors, perfect for dancing. ????
