Dance is soul food — medicine for the body, heart, and spirit. This is your invitation to set yourself free, shake out the midweek, and reconnect with joy, community, and your own inner rhythm.We’ll begin with a guided embodied warm-up to arrive in the body, then flow into free dance on the open floor. An epic playlist will take you on a journey — weaving through soulful grooves, juicy beats, and uplifting rhythms — inviting you to unravel, release, play, and express yourself fully.
No choreography, no right or wrong — just freedom, fun, and authentic movement. Dance your own dance, as you are.
We’ll close with a gentle guided warm-down to ground and integrate, followed by the chance to connect over delicious chai and sweets available for purchase.
