Join us for a Soul Connection Sunday devoted to Soul Authenticity, the courage to soften, to be seen, and to stand in your truth without performance or pressure. Together, we’ll gently peel back the layers and reconnect with the essence of your soul in a safe, nurturing group container.

We’ll begin by opening sacred space with a Group Blessing & Light Language transmission, inviting subtle energies to flow precisely where they’re needed, beyond words, beyond logic, supporting alignment, truth, and deep remembrance.

As the energy deepens, we’ll move into a gentle, heart-centered breath practice to calm the nervous system and open the body to receive. From there, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation designed to help you drop out of the mind and into the wisdom of your heart and soul.

The experience concludes with a deeply restorative 432hz crystal bowls sound bath, where healing frequencies, vibrations, and tones support integration, energetic clearing, and full-dody clearing. Simply lie back, receive, and allow your system to recalibrate.
