Our flow class teaches the basics of getting into flow in partnership. We use a slotted fusion dance style that follows the rules of any swing movement. Great starting place. We have phenomenal results getting people into flow quickly. The community is a great space to learn and make new friends. Zero focus on dating, we instead attempt to create a safe space where people can learn grow heal and play. 100% focus on dancing, connecting, having fun and learning to dance.
