The Levitt AMP Downtown Jackson Music Series presents Soul City Swingers with opening act Bill Perry, a free concert in Smith Park brought to you by Downtown Jackson Partners and sponsored by Huntington Bank. Hailing from "The City With Soul" (aka Jackson, Mississippi), Soul City Swingers is a funky organ and horn quartet with the emphasis on funk and soul. Comprised of four fellows steeped in the art of auditory engagement... Denny Burkes on drums, Tyler Kemp on organ, Terry Miller on trumpet, and Judson Wright on saxophone.
