Mind: Learn the importance of shadow work in your emotional healing journey and how your inner can impact your emotional freedom. We will dive into this topic with coaching tools to unlock your limiting beliefs.

Heart: Meet your inner Child and connect it back to your heart through the meagic of cacao and sound.

Transformation: Release past limitations and transform your emotional bloackades during a fire ritual.

What to bring: comfy clothes, a bottle of water for yourself, a printed picture of yourself as a child or teenager.

Language: The workshop will be held in German language.
