Soul Circle for Women is a monthly gathering centered on real-life reflection, shared learning, and meaningful connection. Each session begins with gentle breathwork and centering, followed by a short Zen story used as a starting point for thoughtful discussion around everyday experiences such as stress, relationships, change, and personal growth.Together, we explore how these stories relate to real life and what they reveal about awareness, perspective, and well-being as we continue to learn and grow. Through conversation and reflection, the group naturally becomes a collective space for insight, support, and quiet healing over time.
Soul Circle is similar to a book club, but without preparation or required reading. There is nothing to study in advance. You simply arrive as you are, shaped by real life. The discussions are grounded, accessible, and guided by a shared love of learning and ongoing introspection.
Each gathering closes with a guided sound meditation, offering space to integrate reflection and settle before returning to daily life. This is a space to slow down, connect, and engage in meaningful dialogue with others who value reflection, growth, and the understanding that well-being is supported through experience and community.
