Soul Care for Ministry Leaders

Ministry often requires us to be the "voice" for others, but when do we find the space to listen? Join Western Theological Seminary, in partnership with Movement West Michigan, to "Soul Care for Ministry Leaders" – quarterly days of intentional quiet, reflection, and spiritual renewal. Step away from the demands of the office, classroom, and pulpit to tend to your own soul in a setting designed for rest, attentiveness, and communion with God. The cost is $20 and includes lunch.
Throughout the day, participants will engage in:
Corporate Worship — Grounding our time together in prayer and praise
Reflective Practice — Guided opportunities for personal reflection
Sacred Silence — Space to breathe, listen, and be present with God
Spiritual Direction — Optional one-on-one conversations with a spiritual director
Each retreat day follows the same rhythm while exploring a different spiritual practice:
Wednesday, July 8 — Presence
Wednesday, September 23 — Listening
Wednesday, January 27 — Asking
Wednesday, April 21 — Discernment
