I’m Rae, I guide souls to release energy blocks and unlock inner peace with Reiki Hypnotherapy.

And after 10 years of beautiful service to my community I’ve learned a few things.

One thing I’ve learned is that some of our best healing happens in COMMUNITY.

And for this reason I have a passion for getting people together to connect on their healing journeys.

It’s a risk, I know. To be vulnerable with strangers. But trust me, the process is transformative.

I’ve held space for countless 1:1 healings and hosted many groups and workshops. And I leave every experience with new connections and a wholehearted sense of fulfillment.

It’s my honor to connect you all with an opportunity to meet in person for deep healing conversations over a cup of tea.
